Introduction:
Here wine does not refer to western grape wine. It refers to Japanese sake—in Japanese it is called Nihonshu. Stems from Chinese cooking wine, there are two famous sake: Ginjo-shu and Daiginjo-shu
In China, wine has a long history. there are different chinese wine for your choice. the wine products we have include plum wine, sake, cooking sake, rice wine, huadiao wine, jiafan wine, toju, etc. We are glad to supply different packaging as requested.
Ginjo-shu is made from rice polished to 60% or less of its original weight. Sake made from rice polished to 50% or lower of it is called daiginjo-shu.
There is different sake style.For example, normal sake, Ginjoshu, daiginjoshu, super dry, soju, plum wine, etc.

Application
Sake can be used in the cooking and also as beverage. As a traditional alcohol in Japan, sake is served chilled, at room temperature, or heated, depending on the preference of the drinker, the quality of the sake, and the season.
